By accessing or using Basis OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Basis OS provides a lifecycle operating system for real estate sponsors, including portfolio management, workflow automation, and reporting tools. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You retain all ownership rights to your data. Basis OS does not claim ownership of your portfolio data, financial information, or any content you upload to the platform.
Access to Basis OS requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Basis OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
